Draxx is back and he’s here to stay

Melody was sat on her sofa feeding Nibbles. It had been a long day. Sansa walked in smiling happily.

“Hey mom, hey Nibbles.”

Melody looked up “Well, you’re in a good mood. How did the visit to Doctor Ki go?”

“All good and that’s not the best part. Dad’s onboard and he’s here for good.”

Draxx having reported in, had a shower and changed and been for a walk round to familiarise himself with his new ship finally worked up the courage to go see the woman who had made his life a lot lot bigger, and complicated. He found the quarters and rang the chime.

Melody called out, "Come in."

Draxx entered spotted Sansa and smiled. "Hi Princess. Red, Spiny land rodent. How are you all doing?"

Melody put on a mock frown. “Hello to you too. And you know very well her name is Nibbles." She stood up, placing the hedgehog back in her house and moved over to Draxx. Alothough she wasn’t going to tell him, but she was happy to see him. She looked at him with a smile that was innocent yet knowing and called over her shoulder. “Sansa Sweetie don’t you have studying to do?”

Not picking up on the hint that Melody wanted some..... private time with Draxx she answered “I suppose. Dad do you want to help.”

Meldoy answered first “You’re fathers going to be helping me with something.”

Sansa looked confused for a moment. “What are you two going to do? Oh well...... Dad we still going shopping soon?”

"Tomorrow princess. I figure I owe you a whole new wardrobe and I'm looking forward to spoiling you," Draxx said with a grin. He looked at Melody wondering if he was in trouble. He couldn't be. He had only just got there.

With that, Sansa headed into her room. When the door closed Melody wrapped her arms around Draxx and pulled him close for a very passionate kiss.

She caught him completely off guard. An audible pop sounded as they pulled away both gasping for air. "I wasn't expecting that," Draxx said both confused and happy at this turn of events. "Not that I am complaining. You have no idea how much you have been in my thoughts while on that other ship. I missed you both like crazy. It was like part of me was missing."

Draxx wasn’t the only one that was confused. Melody felt like all of her emotions were in overdrive and she didn’t know why. Right now Draxx was the the focus of their attention. Her heart was racing and her mouth was dry. She wanted.... No, she NEEDED him. NOW! Something was driving her to him.

She fixed his gaze with a predatory look in her eyes. Without another word she pushed him toward her bedroom.

Draxx did not argue but did stop for a second when she pushed him down on the bed and the box in his pants dug into his leg. "Ooow wait red. One second," he pulled a slim black box out his pocket which slipped out of his hand on to the floor. He turned his back to her to retrieve.

"I got you this on a new planet we explored. Its a gemstone that matches itself to the person you give it too. Its transparent at first but will decide colour and pattern when you put it on for the first time. I thought you know if you like it great and if you didn't that big scientist brain of yours will want to work out how it works," he shrugged turning round again. It was easier to admit that not looking her in the eyes. "I'm sure you will look bea …… oh my,"

Melody was completely naked looking at Draxx with a wild almost feral look.

He placed the box quickly on the nightstand. "Tell Sansa if I don't survive to avenge her fathers death," he joked as the redhead launched herself on him.

Having finished her studies, Sansa changed into some pj’s ready for bed. She headed for Back into the main room and called out “Mom! I’m off to bed...... Mom?”

She crossed to Melody’s room and spoke as the door slid open. “Mom I said I’m off to.......”. She stopped speaking in shock for a moment.”

“Nope! No, no no.” She repeated as she back out of the room. “Didn’t see that. Didn’t see any of that.” She said to herself. “I’m off to bed now and I’ll see you in the morning.” She headed for her room and called out finally “Night Mom!” Then a small smile played over her lips.

“Night Dad!”
