NPC's

Hey Guys,

I wanted to just drop a quick note about NPC's. If you are going to put one up on the roster please let us know if you want it linked to you [so it can become a player NPC, which just means it is yours and noone should use it but you as with pc's] or just an NPC [one we can just grab when we need]. Then, the bio's should also be filled in. We'd really like to keep any bios from being empty on the site, and if we do need to use an NPC this gives the person writing it a better idea how they are played. If it takes a little bit to get it filled in, that's fine, just so long as it does get filled in :)
